RHA has a budget set aside that is for collaborations and co-sponsorship of programs for recognized student organizations on campus.

Any requests over $750 will require a formal presentation at the next RHA Executive Branch meeting.
Fall 2024Â Grant Requests begin on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024Â at 9am.
Fall 2024 Grant Requests will end on Friday, November 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm.Â
For AU Club Council Co-Sponsorship (aka if you are asking for RHA and AU Club Council for funding) you must follow the Event Check list as specified on the AU Club Council website . Organizations should be submitting the AU Club Council fund request and RHA fund request at the same time.
An American University pcard must be used to purchase any items sponsored by RHA. The advisor/Community DIrector of the student must submit Grant Completion form with the purchase receipt in within 48 hours of purchase. Advisors/Community Director will be provided the appropriate worktags to reconcile the purchase on Workday. Events sponsored must have the RHA logo on promotional material.
