AU Week of Kindness 2024
A time of belonging, respect, and camaraderie, AU Week of Kindness 2024 is an opportunity for our community to come together in the spirit of connection with and support of one another. The week is November 10-16 and coincides with World Kindness Day on November 13.

The goals of AU Week of Kindness are to foster community-building and honor acts of kindness that enable relationship-building across AU’s campus and with our wider community.
Ìý
Students, staff, faculty, and alumni will have many opportunities for intentional acts of kindness and participateÌýin programming with campus partners including but not limited to:Ìý
- Honoring acts of kindness in their activities and communities
- Participating in university events at athletic events and on the quad
- Sharing ideas and stories of kindness on social media
- Supporting food and clothing drives
- Opening doors for others, whether by opening or holding a door for someone when entering and exiting buildings or helping someone with an opportunity
