Moriah Sharpe is a doctoral student in Justice, Law, and Criminology. She is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Science in criminal justice from the University of North Texas. Her research interests center on life-course criminology and evidence-based policy, in particular intersectional inequality and human dignity in the criminal justice system in the southern United States.
