Professor Kenneth Anderson teaches and writes in the areas of business and international business law; public international law and governance; law of war and armed conflict; and, most recently, law and regulation of emerging technologies (particularly automation, robotics, and AI). He has published extensively on national security law topics, particularly counterterrorism, drone warfare, and autonomous weapons. He serves as book review editor of the national security and law website, Lawfare.
