Bio: Samantha Sekellick is a graphic designer, art director, and communications professional with expertise in developing integrated communication campaigns. Her work has a multidisciplinary approach that combines graphic design, photography, data visualization, communications, storytelling and web design.

As the lead Graphics Specialist for the City of Gaithersburg in Maryland, she oversees a wide range of publications, advertising, marketing materials (print and digital), and communications campaigns for over two dozen programs, events, and departments across the City. In addition, Samantha is serving as Communications Director for AIGA DC, the second largest chapter in the United States.

Her work experience includes working for advertising and corporate events agencies as creative copywriter, freelance photography and web design, and art direction.

She has been the recipient of the American Graphic Design Awards and the Marketing & Communication Awards from the Maryland Recreation & Parks Association.
